            Anyone who has ever studied Charles IV must have learned about his mysterious disease that
            the autumn of 1350. Sudden and serious, the king’s disease aroused worries about his life 

            had been afflicted by the plague for three years. The anthropological and medical examinat
            remains, shed new light on this mystery. The lecture is organised by the First Faculty of 

            Charles University.
